Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Even though I haven't been a moderator for that long, I have not encountered any major problems in my time of being a moderator, and any little problems i did encounter, I would just ask about to higher ups. So I think i can take on Admin rank.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I have encountered people that would not stop mic spamming even after their mutes, so I had to mute them a lot of times before they would actually stop.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello new moderator,
I will be explaining to you what you are supposed to do as a moderator here on zarp.
Firstly, congratulations on becoming a moderator, You are here to enforce rules so that people can enjoy themselfs on the server, You have multiple commands that you can use to make sure there is no disturbances on the server.
Kick: use kick to kick people from the server that are here to harras everyone and not here to play at all.
Mute: use mute when people are constantly using their mic or chat to annoy others, by spamming in chat, or screaming etc.
Slay: Use this when a player is using an exploit for example and you told them to stop using it, slay them to restart their run.
Strip weapons: Use this when a player is harrasing others by continuously shooting at them with their guns. This will make them not have any guns anymore.
Before using any of these commands, always make sure to tell them to stop doing what they are doing wrong before taking action using commands.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If it truly sounds like he is sorry for his mistakes, and it's their first ban. I would lower their ban to a month, If I catch them Cheating again, its obviously going to be a permanent ban without question.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I have had a very high activity over the last couple of days, that I thought I wouldn't be able to keep up. But I found out I can easily maintain this high activity without a problem. I also didn't run into any problems yet for the time of me being a moderator. Of course It has only been a couple of days that I have been moderating, but I will be keeping this activity up for the rest of the week, and I will be attending the next meeting.
Extra Information: (Not Required)
That bloody Kyber guy has distracted me the entire time of me making my application, which led to me using the wrong template and putting it in the wrong section. Sorry, but blame Kyber
(I will be keeping this activity up for sure)
