How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
If someone is bullied in our TS3 server, I would first move the person that who reportred the incident and the one who is bullying into a spacer and start asking both of them what happened, after hearing stories from both side I will ask the if the victim got any proof regarding him being bullied. If yes then I will temporary ban the user for it depends on how bad the it is. If not, then I will first try to ask questions to the bully and make him confess, or else I will just keep an eye on him and make sure he is not doing it.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

Move- This feature are used to move client from a channel to another, mostly used when you want to have a private chat about issues with someone.

Kick- The ability kick is used where you can kick players as a warning as he is breaking rules.

Ban- This will ban the client from the TS3 server, this is used when someone constantly breaking the rules in the TS3 server or the person did something seriously bad to violate to the rules

Deleting Avatars-This feature will be used when someone avatar is against the rules such as pornography or racism.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I think that I should be chosen as a TS3 staff because I get on the TS3 sever a lot lately, also, I actively play on ZARP SSRP the server, I would like to take this chance to show the community that I am a trustworthy person and ready to take on another administrative rank in this community. Other than that, I believe that I would be able to handle different situations that could happen on the TS3 server. By getting this rank I can also move people into a private chat room to make it easier to deal with certain situations that I faced in the SSRP server.
