Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is when a player is killed for an unacceptable KOS or for no reason in general.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
A player is seen killing an innocent
They have a T-Weapon and are not proven or are planting C4
A player is seen walking into the traitor room

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
Player is killed for being AFK
Player is holding a diamond block and is killed because Player 2 said to drop it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):

I should be chosen because I am expanding into other gamemodes and have experience in moderating. My attitude has improved and I can show it in game as others meet me. I want to help out as I have seen these servers be more active and could possibly need help in staffing. When I was an admin on SSRP I had fun actually staffing and I want to be able to enjoy it again. Thank you for reading my application.

Your RDM, acceptable & unacceptable KOS reasons are either lacking a scenario or the KOS isnt named.
This isnt a big deal and its common mistake.

No new staff member is expected to know what to do in every given scenario, that only comes with experience as the more reports you handle the more you will see similarities. Knowing whats written in the rules is fine but it takes experience which you can only get after you become staff to handle situations effectively.
