Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Even though i have only been a moderator for a week now, I feel like i have made enough hours to take the next step. I have encountered numerous times that I needed to get people banned for reasons such as other server promotion or spamming of racist slurs. I have handled a couple of sits, which I had absolutely no trouble dealing with and I have warned multiple people aswell.

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
- A player LTAP's
- Racism
- Promotion of other servers
- A troll ( Not trying to play Jailbreak/Mass RDMing )

How would you deal with an exploiter on the server?:
I would tell the person to stop using the exploit, if they refuse to do so i will slay them so they stop using the exploit. The next time i catch them using it, i will warn them. And third times a charm, they will get banned.

Why I should be chosen:(we recommend around 100 words)
I feel like i have gotten a lot of experience in the week of being a moderator, getting to know the commands was very easy and I have made notes about every little detail when blocked was training me. I also have had previous staff experience on a server not related to Zarp. I haven't ran into any big problems when being a moderator at all and I think taking the step to admin is a smart decision to make. And if i run into any problems, I will always ask a higher up for advice.

I would also like to add on to this, he is on literally 90% of the time I am on and has had no problems so far with staffing. Your knowledge of the rules is extraordinary and I couldn't ask for any more of a candidate, good luck! :plussp:
