Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: Refer them to a youtube video to save my time, or send them to the guide in the information thread.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Kick them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Tell them to stop, tell him/her to restart their run, refusal will end up with me slaying them to force restart. anymore results in a kick.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I've Moderated two other servers , one surf, and im currently an active moderator for bhop here, My goal is to make thew server more enjoyable and mic spam free, i hope. I have given some warns and kicks and some mutes on bhop and requested two rascists banned, one was let off due to lack of evidence; the other was banned for 24 hours. Picking me will ensure that the server gets more active staff as well as a fair moderator that can do as told and control others without using force.

This is all done within training. If the user is accepted for staff the super admin or higher will train them and tell them about punishments and what kind of punishments to give to users on the server.
