Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Mass rule breaking such as Evading gags and mutes , Mass Rdms , Being racist ( etc..)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

As its his first time and his Sincere for what his done, I would First make sure all he said in the appeal is true and nothing is wrong with what he said , What I'd do is Either decrease his ban time or remove it . Although its removed , ill still be watching him myself or by any other staff member who has the ability to ban again, in case he does cheat again , where he wont be forgiven.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): Im active . Some will say " You have been gone for 2 months " But its all because of exams and a short vacation, when Im playing without any interruptions from exams or what so , i play for long hours , and always there when no other staff is. I sure don't make the wisest calls about reports at times but this only happens when the victim and reported player never answer me back in report chat. Im a quite known in this server as TheFierceOwl , Ive been playing for zarp TTT only for the past 10 Months .

For the love of god , don't call me immature for my past. judge by today , this week.

You can't ban hackers/cheaters (unless exploiters) as an admin, other than that

Ohh you changed your steam name, Anyhow I must correct you on something, You can't ban for cheating as you can't prove it as an admin, good luck anyway! Though You just returned so you might want to wait a week or two
