Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I think that my short time as a mod has shown that so of the commands that you get as an admin will make it easier to catch ghosters like moving people into other teams and see if there is a drop in skill of they move back showing that they aren't ok with it. This means that i can do my job beater and more efficiently.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Ghosting multiple times - a person is court ghosting then they are warn and they carry on many time after being warned many times this shows that they haven't listen and they are not changing there behaviour this means that they are gain an unfair advantage so they should be removed form the game so everyone can play fairly this will also give the person time to read the rules.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
First I would read through the staff ethos with them and explain to them about how they should conduct them self

I would then show them admin chat which only staff can see you can type in admin chat by putting an @ at the start of the message for example @Hello everyone. This will not work ,@Hello as there is something before the @. If a user is spamming admin chat do !amute persons name Spamming admin chat

Next i would get them to bind the ulx menu to a key and run through all of the commands what they do and when showed be an appropriate time to use them Example: The gag command should be used if some on is Mic Spam, being racist or disrespectful. You can go into chat and type !gag Person’s name reason. When you think they have served there punishment you type !ungag person’s name.

Next i would show them the F6 menu this is a menu that shows everyone on the server’s punishments. Punishments in red are recent (They were warned ect. upto 2 weeks ago) and this showed dictate the punishment given.

And finally that the meeting is every Friday at 7:30 and that you can vote on new mods and that if you want to become a Admin you need to attend 1 meting.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think i should be promoted as i am a trusted member of the TTT community and I am responsible to uses the ban command, handle appeals and the other powers that come with admin on prop hunt. I hope if i don't get this rank that other will to improve the experience for the players.
