Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I feel that i could be more useful as an admin. There has been few situations where being admin would have been easier and more handy with more powers. My time as moderator has been short but i have faced already quite a few situations, some needed admin or higher but mostly minor rule breaks like mic spam and exploits.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone leaves to avoid punishment ban command would be appropriate.
If someone is being massively disrespectful towards other people on the server, continues after gag/mute etc.
If someone ghosts repeatedly with his friend to get kills for their own purposes and ruins it for others
Someone being racist would be appropriate to use ban command as well.
Continuously using exploits to gain advantage.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

As moderator you have quite a few commands to prevent rulebreaking on the server

Gag/tgag - It gags the specific players mic till end of the map or if you use tgag that gags the players mic for certain amount of time. Use if someone is spamming through mic, playing music through mic or just breaks some rule through mic.
Mute/tmute - Mutes the specific players chat till end of the map, tmute mutes the players chat for certain amount of time. Use if someone is chat spamming, being disrespectful or breaking some rule through chat.
Asay/psay - Asay is basically admin chat which is only seen for staff members and psay is private message for specific player. Use if you have something to tell only to staff team that is online or to specific player
Fspec/friends - Forces someone into spectate mode. If you see someone afk you move them into spectate mode. Friends command checks the specific players friends on the server. Used if you suspect someone ghosting
Kick/slay - Kick kicks someone out of the server. Use if someone has inappropriate name and not willing to change it. Slay slays the specific person. Use if someone is door blocking purposely.

"Imaginary staff ethos/powers" read that how to act as staff member and/or how to use commands righteously.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I should be promoted because i am experienced when it comes to staffing. I am currently Head Admin on Deathrun which uses ulx menu as well so i am familiar with the commands and how to use them. Also i am Bhop admin where i have some experience of staffing. I haven't been Prophunt staff for long but i have seen somehow how things work. I believe i could be more useful as an admin to prevent rule breaks and keep the server enjoyable for other players. In my opinion i am trusted with commands and as a friend, also i am friendly with everyone and come along with everyone.
