How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Since I was admin a few weeks ago, I have been able to grasp the time and experience for an administrator and as my time on other servers have shown with Fadmin, I am experienced with FAdmin and as a LT on another server, I have the prerequisites for a Super Administrator to have. My time on JB has been good enough to allow me to proceed into the upper echelons of the server.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I am a dedicated, hard-working staff member with experience on other servers as Server Owner on Deathrun and Admin on SSRP so I know how to act as a LT member aswell as the experience with FAdmin on SSRP. I know how to handle reports on staff members since I have done them in the past and can still do some now. I am dedicated as when JailBreak came out of development to the general public as shown by my activity. I am trusted with a lot of ranks before such as:
Bhop Admin,
TTT Admin,
PropHunt Super Admin,
Murder Head Admin #Murdered.
These ranks were good for me to get a grasp of LT especially when I was PropHunt LT tho nothing much happened.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Not really much has happened that I required a LT member on JailBreak but there was a few times where a staff member wasn't doing well on the server but No LT was available to handle them and I was the only other staff on the server at the time.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Reports against staff members are taken differently. Below are some reports of staff members had a report abuse been accepted or denied.
Below is Accepted Report Abuse:
Hello Player X, I have spoken to the staff member reported and after looking at the evidence provided and having spoken to them, I have accepted this report due to them intentionally trying to disrespect a user. They know what they did wrong and if this happens again, the consequences would be much harsher.
If it was Denied:
Hello Player B, I have spoken to the staff member reported and after looking at the evidence provided and speaking to the staff member, I have denied this report. Your evidence is not enough to show them rulebreaking and deny it themselves. Please provide better evidence next time.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would approach the staff member asking them what the person was banned for. I would also check to see how long and an example is being banned for a week for rdm once. I would approach the staff member and ask them why they banned for that long on a first offence. I would remind the staff member of the staff ethos and that banning is not always the solution.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
If a staff member is struggling to handle a user, I would speak to them in admin chat or in Team Speak and I would ask what the user has done to know what the staff member is struggling with. I would help them by telling them what they can do to make sure the user understands what they did.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would get the two staff members into Team Speak to talk about what happened between them and what rule the reported staff member broke. I would make sure they both know the rules and that the staff member who broke them understands what rule they broke and how. I would look over both sides carefully and let them know what staff are meant to do.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
If a staff member acts in a disrespectful manner, I would invite them to Team Speak to talk about his actions and I would ask what they did that started the argument. I would then ask the staff member that was disrespected and ask what the staff member did them. Once I reach a conclusion, I will either decide to warn the staff member for disrespect and then causing an argument if they didn't mean to or demote them if the offended staff member does not want to forgive them and I will remind them both that their actions could harm users.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
If a staff member broke rules to harm a user, I would get that staff member into Team Speak to talk about their actions. Firstly, I would make sure the staff member knows what they did wrong and explain to them that this is serious as you have actually harmed another user and that the harmed user is offended by their actions. I would give them an official warn within the Lead Team meeting then if they do it again, they could be demoted by an emergency demotion and discuss
