Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?I will speak with the other staff to confirm that if he will be unbanned and next time he will be banned forever

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I want to help the server grow and have an awesome community by helping the new members that join to have a fantastic time there,also i would gladly appreciate if u dont accept me.I know that u have a lot of staff and u cant accept any more.Either way thank you for your time reading this and i hope i will be moderator one day
