Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
Ask nicely him/her to stop as a verbal warning. If happens to stop then it's all right.
If continues then gag and warn.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Ask him/her to stop using the exploit since it gives unfair situation. If continues and ignores the verbal warning then warn. If warn doesn't help either and uses the exploit to get advantage then call an admin+ to ban. With evidence i would recommend to ban maximum 1 day if no/similiar punishments on record

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Term ghosting is when dead player gives information that affects the outcome of the round. As prophunt related, there is 1 prop alive and his/her team mates tells his/her location to hunter team. Can be other way around too, if hunter team tells where the last hunter is looking the prop(s) so last prop(s) can run to other direction.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I should be chosen for few reasons. I know how to handle situations well, i have experience of staffing as Bhop admin, Deathrun Head Admin and little from Surf moderator. I am very friendly and easily talked to. I am very dedicated if i happen to enjoy staffing on the server.
