Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random Death match is a phrase used for when someone randomly kills another player with no reason or exuse

EXAMPLE

Player b goes up to player x and says "stupid base" then shoots him that scenario is what you call RDM


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life Rule is when you do not interect with the district you died in if you are breaking nlr leave that area without interection or role playing. This however does not comply to police when a nuke is being launched.

EXAMPLE

Player A gets killed by a mugger for not giving him cash in the bank district
Then player A runs back to the bank district and shoots the mugger.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would have a conversation with both of the players when i check the log and it is correct i would ban player y for a period of time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would have a conversation with player y if he has solid evidence then let him go but if he has no reason at all give him a warning and if he repeats ban him for a period of time.


Why I should be chosen:

I believe i should be moderator as i would work well with players and the team, im polite and friendly and i love having a laugh. I would take this role very seriously and deal with any problems people have. server and it would be a huge honer for me to serve your team. Look i have applied numerous times for this i hI love Gmod especially Darkrp on your ave a absolute desire to join your team please just give me a chance and i will show you all how good i can be. My stats may not be great but i have a decent knowledge of gmod especially DarkRP. Thanks for reading

Your RDM example isn't exactly true as the person could have seen their base and killed them because they were raiding. You seem to have completely no activity and you should work on that.

Your example of the player Y RDMING player X is not valid because being a moderator, you cannot ban people from the server as you have no acces to this command. However, I think that even as admin you can’t ban because of 1 RDM
But again I’m no ssrp staff so

No activity at all in gametracker, and the answer for the hypothetical situation does not satisfy me as I feel you haven't taken the time to understand the question.
