How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel that my time as a Admin has contributed because i have dealt with many situations as all of my times as an Admin & moderator. I will always be scouting for improvements and helping other players out.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Dedication
I am very dedicated to the server because i am very active and i will be continuing to keep it even though i have school. I want to help the server as much as i can and improve the server in anyway possible. I am helping other admins & mods if they do something wrong, i'll point something out to them to help them for the future.
Experience
I have lots of experience as i have been staff 3 times on Deathrun and once on murder. I have an exceeding knowledge of the rules and will happily point out and help people who haven't fully understood the rules themselves.
Trustworthy
I am trustworthy since i have been staff multiple times on ZARP and have not once misused my powers. I am doing everything i can to keep the server tidy from all the rule breakers. I help a lot on deathrun and also monitor what the mods are doing to keep them right, same with admins if they do anything wrong.
Contribution
Whenever i have an idea i will always express it if it can help in anyway. I will always have an eye out for any rule breakers to keep the server tidy. I will always help out with a situation if any staff are struggling with anyone.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
There was a suspicious player who looked like he had hacks but i didnt have an anti cheat command so i was going to get a Lead Team Staff member to use the command on them then he left when i was unable to do anything. I have now activated shadow play just in case of anything like this was to happen again i could show it to a lead team member.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Denied
Thank you for reporting this staff member, <name>. This has been looked over but it will have to be denied because of insufficient evidence against this staff member.
Accepted
Thank you for reporting this staff member, <name>. This has been looked over and has been Accepted due to enough evidence against this staff member, it will be brought up to the Lead Team Meeting and this staff member will be spoken to by myself.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would talk to the staff member and ask many questions to do with the ban like, why do was he banned for this long? Did you mean it for this long? Were you unsure about how long but you just guessed? etc. I would then teach the staff member the correct amount of time to ban someone for to make sure they get it right for the future. We would lower the time of the ban but also get in touch with the player to inform them that the ban was too long and has been lowered.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would teach them how to handle the matter properly by explaining to them so they would know if there was ever a next time. After that i would maybe watch over them to see how they are doing and tell them if they're doing an exceptional job or not.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
First of all if they were arguing i'd ask them to calm down, i'd then ask for them both to give each side of the story. I'd ask if the either of them had evidence to show me and if the evidence was sufficient then i would tell them that it will be brought up in the lead team meeting But i would also keep a closer eye on the staff member to make sure everything is going fine.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member causes drama to stop nicely and if he refused i would take action by muting / gagging them and tell them to calm down. I would bring up in the lead team meeting that their attitude was terrible towards other staff members. I would talk to them over teamspeak in an available space to talk to them alone to see why they were acting like this towards others.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
First of all i would tell the to stop right away but if they continued i would get in a teamspeak spacer and talk to them. I would keep a close eye on them for a bit but if they do this multiple times over and over i would possibly emergency demote them if it got really bad. It would be brought up in the meeting and talked about.
