Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is killing someone without a valid reason.

Guard A doesn't like Player B so he/she shoots Player B.

Warden doesn't have a mic

How would you deal with a warden with no mic?:
I would tell them to use it but if they still continued not to use it, If they continued to go for warden and they didn't use their mic i would warn/kick them

Discrimination in any form (sexism, racism, prejudicial remarks) is not allowed on ZARP. Which means that if you are disrespecting someone by using race, sexual orientation, disability then you will be warned/muted or banned. Zarp has a zero tolerance policy and if you break it you will be facing a punishment, most times without a verbal

I should be chosen because I am active, friendly, trusted, experienced etc. I currently hold the rank of deathrun head admin and teamspeak staff, I am very active with 14h of gametime. I have held many staff ranks in the past year and a half which include SSRP Admin, TTT Mod, PH Mod, Murder SA which shows I have the experience for the job.
