Bhop Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
If someone that is new joins the server for the first time and I see him struggling / if he asks for help. I would tell him to basics of bhopping on the normal style. For example, strafing and auto jump. And I will give him a link to the bhopping tutorial video below.

If he has any further question I would tell him that he can ask me at any time and if he wants to he can add me on steam as well.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone is spamming in chat or through mic, I would verbally warn him first. If he decides to continue spamming after told not to, I would give him a warn and a gag / mute (Depending on what they use for spamming).
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:At first I would tell him and ask him if he could stop using the exploit. And check if he has any warnings for exploiting. If not I would just give a verbal. If he does have warnings for using exploits I would give him another warning or contact an administrator + to ban him (Depending on the amount of punishments) and contact the server owner / community managers about the exploit

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I should be chosen because I’ve been a staff member many times across the zarp servers which means I have a lot of experience. I enjoy playing on the server and like to help people out. Since there is a new owner the player count raised and there will most likely be more rulebreakers. I know my attitude has been shit lately but im trying my best to improve myself. I know my activity is still shit at the moment but I still have a couple of days to improve it.

Your application is Ok but your activity could be improved as well as your attitude in game. I would recommend waiting another week to get your activity up and to improve your attitude.
