Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
An appropriate use of the ban command would be if a player has 11 or more recent punishments and they've been warned that their next warn will result in a ban. And then they show no effort to change and continue breaking rules. Additionally probably the other most common use would be for someone who joins the server, mass rdms, and then ltaps. Another common reason would be if I see a cheater, even though I cannot properly verify I could contact a superadmin+ and when they are able to verify, a ban will be used.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
While I cannot actually ban for cheating, hypothecially I would give them a second chance if they do seem genuinly apologetic. I would thouroghly explain to them that if they are banned again for cheating or any other reason, they will almost certainly not be unbanned. And then I would ensure to keep a close watch on them when I am around them to continue to verify good behavior.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I believe that I have shown myself to have a solid understanding of the rules for TTT and for staff members as a whole. I have very consistant play time, and the only time I don't is when I have other legal obligations to attend. I try to be friendly to all players and staff on the server. It will allow me to perform my duties as a staff member more effectively and hopefully I will be able to make the server even better for everyone who joins.
Extra Information:
I will be attending the staff meeting this Sunday so long as I am not legally obligated to attend anything longer than planned.
