When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

If a person is racism and just keeps on being racist after told to stop.
If a person mass rulebreaks and then leaves to avoid punishment
If a person has more than 6+ recents


Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

So once there was a person who was rule breaking quite a bit and being racist.and as i was a moderator, i could not properly punish him so i had to ask Vytex for help.
If i had been an an admin, i could´ve banned him for the apropiate amount of time

I have experiemce on dealing with users or staff with a position. i have mod before , i have been mod 9 hours last time and been mod for 1 day and 6 hours learning how things are done here.
I am also trusted with some of the community (i hope)as i have been on zarp for 3 months and 14 days
