Time spent with Zarp Gaming?:
I have been with Zarp for roughly 8 months now. I registered to the forums on the 22nd of June, 2017.


How often do you come on the forums:
Here is my usual schedule for the forums.
Monday-Friday(SCHOOL)- 6am-7am, 9am-9:30am,10-10:10am, 11-11:15am-12-1:30am, 2:40-The rest of the day will always have an open tab just for the forums where I refresh the page every 10 minutes or so.
Saturday-Sunday- 10am-around 1am, tab open for the forums and is refreshed every 10 minutes or so.
Monday-Friday(NO SCHOOL)- 10am-around 1am. Tab opened for the forums and is refreshed every 10 minutes or so.
I am very active on the forums. Not all the time I post, but I am there, and I read every post.

Why You?:
I have several reasons why I should be accepted to moderate the forums, and here are some of them.
Trust in the Community and Responsibility
You can trust me with this power to make sure that the TOU is enforced on the forums and that everyone is treated fairly and accordingly. I can be trusted to not abuse these powers that are given to forum staff. I have been with Zarp for awhile now and I have no intent to use the powers I already own for malicious actions or any power given to me, that those powers are given to me, and they can trust that I wont use it for my own advantage. I have a lot of responsibility with being Lead Team on one server. And taking on the responsibility of ensuring safety and enforcement of the TOU will be no different and I think i can take it on effectively.
Forum & Forum Activity.
I do post on the forums. My post count per day, per week might be low, but I am on the forums for a large chunk of the day, I am always watching, reading, and understanding the post. I have been sure to never break TOU on a post, I respect the TOU, and expect others to too, yes sometimes, others do not, and punishment is given. I am helpful on the forums, I am always happy to help someone that is having issues within game, on the forums, applying, connecting to servers, and the list goes on. As shown above, I am highly active on the forums. I have also never been banned on the forums.
Fair
I treat everyone fair. I will punish fairly that lines up to what they done. I am not a biased staff that would just delete a post if I didnt like it. I would make sure that everyone is respecting what the TOU is saying, and if that is broken, a fair punishment will be put into place.
Dedication
I am highly dedicated to Zarp and helping users and staff. I have been staffing for nearly half a year now and I feel like I have become one of the better staff. I have been staffing for nearly half a year and have gotten the gist of staffing and how to improve and give quality feedback to others.
Helpful
I am a very helpful person. I can help and have helped staff on staff, users on staff, staff on users, and of course, users on users. If someone needs help, I will be willing to help them. With anything really. I will never deny a user or staff, or anybody if they needed help.
Experienced
I am very experienced with the rules and staffing. If anyone needed clarification on a rule or how something should be done, I could answer quickly and with good detail. This also ties in with the helpful part of my application. I am experienced with users and how to deal with them effectively.

Super detailed application, but I don’t see why you’d need to be staff in the SSRP section seen as you’re only SA and the server moderator slots are primarily used for server owners and developers and sometimes head admins, maybe a different section would be more fit. Anyway, good luck!
