Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random death match is killing someone without a valid KOS reason Example: Player X goes to Player Y and kills player Y because he wanted to test his gun

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule (NLR) is when you return to your death position before the NLR period ends or Killing/Arresting someone who kills you Example: Player X kills player Y and then Player Y returns and kills Player X

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I go to player x then ask if i can Teleport him onto a roof if he is fine with it then I will teleport him onto a roof and then go to player Y to check he isn't in the middle of anything then i would teleport player Y onto the roof as well I would then ask what happend once I allow both players to give their story I'd then, If situation had 2 different stories Ask for proof unless it's obviously a false story that logs have proven false, If situation had similar stories i'd then warn Player y if it was RDM if not then I'd explain that it Wasn't RDM to player x

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I go to player x then ask if i can Teleport him onto a roof if he is fine with it then I will teleport him onto a roof and then go to player Y to check he isn't in the middle of anything then i would teleport player Y onto the roof aswell, After i teleported them both onto the roof I'd look at the times and locations of the kills example: Player x killed player y at 16:56 at Spawn District
and then Player x killed Player y at 16:57 at Spawn District if the times are within the NLR period 3 minutes, I would then warn Player Y for breaking NLR.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): I believe i should be chosen for moderator because I have had multiple experiences staffing on DarkRP servers and also on other zarp servers currently staffing three, I feel that this proves that I can be trusted with powers as I have never been demoted before on zarp, I also feel I should be chosen because I have a decent knowledge of the rules, How to act on rule breakers and what to do when there are Disobedient users, I also feel I should be chosen because I am a Friendly user with a Great attitude I also know how to keep myself calm meaning I can be put under a lot of pressure without showing signs of stress or anger, I also feel that I would be a good candidate for SSRP moderator because I can take Critism without feeling like I can't do the role anymore meaning I can hold this role for a lot of time without wanting to resign, I know how to deal with situations on the forums (I know I can't do till admin) which is a good skill as I will need it if I ever become an admin, I am also very available meaning that I can join a server whenever needed (most times) as In my view Staffing should always go first, I also have Great forum & TeamSpeak activity meaning that I can be reached very easily if needed and at most times will be online on steam meaning that I can be contacted very simply.

Extra Information: I'm sorry my time isn't the best I'll work on it over the week.
