Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

I would give the user in question a verbal warning to stop spamming and ask them to stop as it's against the rules. If they ignore my warnings then the user will either be muted or gagged.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I would ask the user to stop immediately, and if they were to continue to exploit, I would give them a warning and then do my best to get an admin+ online so that the user could be banned.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting is when two or more users share information relevant to the game via third-party softwares such as Teamspeak, or steam message that gives those users an advantage over other users.

Scenario - Player 1 is a Hunter, who is in a Teamspeak channel with Player 2 Who is a prop. Player 2 is killed and then proceeds to inform Player 1 of the location of the other props. This grants Player 1 an unfair advantage over the other players.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I think that I should be chosen because I am experienced with staffing as I currently hold the position of administrator on TTT and as a result, I am aware of how the ulx commands work and when it is appropriate to make use of them. I also believe that as a result of the experience I would be able to help the current staff team on how to approach situations as I have had experiences when some mods were not sure what to do. There have been many occasions where no staff are online and there have been a few people mic spamming and some that I have suspected of ghosting. I am also quite trusted with the community and at the moment, I have no recent punishments and know the rules and would be able to enforce them. I know its quite inconsistent due to me being busy with exams and TTT, but my activity is going to improve over the coming weeks.
