Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I am a Moderator for about three weeks, now I am applying for Admin. My time as a Moderator was tough, I had to spent time using the tab menu to freeze people, I had complaints that I couldn't handle situations properly and Sits that took too long and such. It was rough but I fought and I succeeded! Therefore, I feel that this time as a Moderator will contribute to me becoming an Admin as I have gained experience and worked hard to learn how to deal with situations best, which can not be learnt any other way than experiencing it like I did.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There has been many small situations which I have been unable to handle, such as owned doors with AFK owners and no available admins but there was one time, when a user was breaking rules without me looking and every-time I tp'ed him he had a solid story to what happened. Eventually, when an admin arrived he was able to spectate the player and see what he was really up to and continued to ban the user for his actions, also i add that i had to deal with a rare situation where half of the server went to a F1 sit and screamed around and doing crazy stuff.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello and congratulations on becoming a ZARP staff member! In this guide, I will teach everything you will need to know about being a ZARP moderator.
As a Moderator and role model in the community, you should try to be friendly to everyone and help people if they need it. If you ever need any help, you can contact the admins by using the admin chat with "@" or "///".

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Upon seeing this ban list, I would first ask to meet the Admin who banned them for prop-spam to further understand their intentions. This would help me differentiate if they wanted to crash the server on purpose or were just spamming props carelessly. Furthermore, it would give me a better understanding of the situation, as the Admin may have more information of other rules that they were also breaking, which they can tell me, which may change my mind on how to punish them. Because there could be various outcomes for this, I have decided to make multiple answers for each outcome.
Hello, [Player X]. Thank you for your appeal. I have had a conversation with the Staff Member who banned you and we have both come up with a conclusion.
Your ban will be set to three days. During those three days, you will have enough time to read the rules again. This will benefit you as you will be able to ensure that you do not break more rules in the future.
Do not attempt to prop spam again. If you do, you will be permanently banned.
Hello, [Player X]. Thank you for your appeal. I could not have a conversation with the staff member who banned you as they have resigned, so I have come up with a conclusion.
You will be unbanned because you have been banned for a very long time and in your appeal, you seemed to be very apologetic and you put a lot of effort into it. Please take the time to read the Rules again. This will benefit you as you will be able to ensure that you do not break more rules in the future.
Do not attempt to prop spam again. If you do, you will be permanently banned.
Hello, [Player X]. Thank you for your appeal. I have had a conversation with the staff member who banned you and we have both come up with a conclusion.
Your ban will be kept the same. During this time, you will have enough time to read the rules again. This will benefit you as you will be able to ensure that you do not break more rules in the future if you get unbanned.
This is a recent punishment and you will be banned for the reminder of your time.
Hello, [Player X]. Thank you for your appeal. I have had a conversation with the staff member who banned you and we have both come up with a conclusion.
Your ban will be kept the same. During this time, you will have plenty of time to read the rules again. This will benefit you as you will be able to ensure that you do not break more rules in the future.
After finding that you have tried to do this multiple times, I feel that this is far too early for your punishment to be removed and you should try re-appeal in the future.
Why I should be promoted:(we recommend around 150 words)
During my time as a moderator, I have gained a lot of experience, which has made me able to deal with some situations and overcome difficulties which I have had. I strongly believe that without this experience, you can not be ready to become an Admin. This is why I feel that I should be promoted. I have been hard working, friendly and also trying my best to bring help to people that are in need by explaining rules to them, punishing people that have broken rules equally and I make sure that they don’t break them over and over.
Thank you for reading this application, feel free to post ur honest thoughts about me no matter if its a good or a bad mentioning.
