Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: The way I would teach someone to bhop would be to get them over the whole pattern of bhopping as a whole, basically covering the bare basics, such as mouse sensitivity, raw inputting, etc, etc. It's the more the less a kickstarter to their bhopping-career, I would also provide said user with some tutorials/websites which cover what I have taught in MORE detail. I find this to be efficient, as I have done this a couple of times with players, and they manage to get down on bhopping itself.
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Of course, a warning (text based) would follow up to first account of spamming, but if it keeps continuing, to the point when said max limit of warnings was fulfilled, it would be a gag/mute.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would be sure that the user doesn't keep using the exploit, aswell as warn him of his/her actions against the initial server, if they continue doing said exploit, it will result in a kick or contact of above staff member to handle the situation.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I believe I should be a Bhop moderator because I am active first of all, I'm practically on every day. But the thing I care for most is how precious this server is to ME. this being one of the first servers I learnt to bhop on. I understand the server rules very well, and due to me being in England I can be on at times other staff members won't. I believe a good server makes a good staff member, and certainly I think this is the best place for me, you guys are perfect.
Extra Information: I am a developer and security analyst, mainly practising in Java/C#.
