How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
During my time as SSRP admin both in the past and in the present, I have experienced a lot of situations in which a Leadteam is needed. A lot of the time they are AFK or not on the server. I have seen and tried my best to Deal with : Abusive Staff member(s) and hacker(s). Most recently i have had to try and gain proof for hackers to be banned. Every time i suspect someone cheating i will report it and a lot of the time i am right. I also have spotted staff mass abusing (From ages ago as admin) and just breaking rules in general. Just like the other week i caught a staff member breaking NLR (Not gonna mention names) and i spoke to them about it. They did not understand the NLR rule that is why they made the mistake. I sent the video of them breaking NLR to a member of the SSRP Leadteam (In this case Luke) and it was dealt with accordingly. Last Saturday before the meeting i suspected 3 people of hacking. They all were. I reported it and they were dealt with IE: Kick or a ban. I also come on before school which believe it or not there is a lot of cheaters on at that time. With it being this early in the morning its not surprising there is no Leadteam members on and if there is a Leadteam member it will be Luke and its a 50/50 if he is gonna be on or be asleep at that time.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
What makes me an amazing candidate is my experience of being Admin and the server in general. When i first joined Zarp i was deathrun staff. I was admin for over 1 year and then i applied for SSRP staff. I have been SSRP Admin several times and have gone to countless meetings, Done a lot of f1's (Over 100 this week) and had to deal with a range of situations which some of the time need leadteam. With my 100 f1's i have done this weekend dealing with that many lets me see close to every situation possible!
Activity
I am extremely active whether it is on the teamspeak or on the server. I aim to get around 4 hours a day on the server, on weekends obviously a lot more. I also aim to keep the server running as clean and smoothly as possible. I am always on: Teamspeak, Forums and steam if i am needed which allows me to be contacted when needs be.
Accessibility
As stated above I am extremely accessible through: Teamspeak, Forums and steam. I have steam on my phone so i always get notifications so that i can respond as quick as possible. Within me being on Teamspeak it allows anyone to poke me and reach out to me if needed which allows me to respond as quick as possible. I also am prepared to give up my other game and time to make sure everything is staying in line.
Experience
I have a lot of experience which separates me from a lot of other candidates. I have been with Zarp for nearly 3 years now and have enjoyed every moment of it. When i first joined Zarp i started off on Deathrun and quickly gained staff and moved up to admin. I was Admin for over a year and in that time i played SSRP aswell. I also gained the rank of Admin on SSRP in that time. There was a apart where i decided to step down from my ranks but i still played actively. I have had my up and downs in the community but the positives out-way the negatives. With all my experience and my time in the community i know how most if not everything works.
Trust
I have a lot of trust within the community as a whole. I have been staff on multiple servers of Zarp and not once have i abused and been demoted from it.
Dedication and Time
My dedication to SSRP and the community is extremely high. I check the forums at least every hour and some times much more. Most of my time on the server is Admin duties. If you look over my gametracker you can see my score majorly decrease which shows that i am spending more time helping players and other staff members keep the server in line. I believe there is still some issues with SSRP and I am trying my best to fix them. My current goal is to decrease the time it takes for f1's to be handled. I know staff members what to enjoy the server as well but i still try my best to keep it to a minimal. I also handle as many appeals and report abuses on the forums as possible to try and keep the section as clean as possible. I also work along side several leadteam members to main decrease the amount of cheaters on the server.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Many times there has been cheaters on the server but without a SA we cannot do anything. I always have tried my best to gain proof and report it to who needs be.
Once there was an hacker on server 1. I reported it to a lead team member. While i was waiting for the leadteam member to repspond i recorded the user and gained as much proof as possible to get them brang up in the leadteam meeting and banned. 30 mins goes by and finally a leadteam member is available to do with the cheater. The leadteam member joined the server and anti cheated the person in question as i was correct. He was enfact cheating

I would begin to think of it as a ban request, I would firstly look what they are being reported for then intensively review the evidence. Depending on what is happening i will choose my outcome
If the evidence clearly shows miss conduct of a staff member i would proceed and do the following

This is not acceptable within the staff team and make sure that it will not happen in future

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would firstly add/message the staff member on steam and try to get them on teamspeak. I would then proceed and ask them exactly what took place and why they gave the punishment they did. I would also (if possible) try contact the player that was banned and tell them to give me their side of the story
I would then speak to the member of staff privately and depending on the situation tell them that they should lower/remove the ban or if the player lied about what happend i would tell them to leave the ban in place!

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member to stand back and let me take lead and ask the staff member to watch on how to do it. After the situation is over i would bring the staff member to a private place whether ingame or teamspeak and talk about what he did in the situation and how he could improve next time. Depending on what he did and if it was extremely unprofessional and needs to be talked with by the Leadteam i would bring it up in the LT meeting.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
After the situation (Unless its majorly affecting the RP Sit) i would bring them to a roof or move them in teamspeak and have a chat. I would make sure the staff member understands the rule and prevent it from happening in the future. If its quite a serious rulebreak OR he repeats it i would be sure to bring it up leadteam meeting but if it was just a general mistake i would give him a talking to.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would tell everyone to stop and then i would proceed to ask what actually happend in private with the people who were involved. I would then approach the admin who first was disrespectful and tell them that its not acceptable and if they continue they will receive a harsher punishment. If it was extremely serious or they continued i would gather proof and bring them up in the meeting.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would try my best to speak the staff member as soon as possible. If they were on teamspeak i would bring them out of their room and move them into a spacer and talk with them about what is going on. If i did not have them on steam i would proceed to add them and send a message so when they added me they could see it. If i had the staff member on steam i would leave them a message for when they next hope online to see. I would then tell them that what they did is extrelely unacceptable and will be brang up in the Leadteam meeting
