What server(s) are you active on?: TS3, Bhop, SSRP S1 & S3, TTT, Deathrun, Forums & Prophunt

I am From: Scotland (UK)

Time spent with Zarp Gaming?: 2 Years, First year and a half on TTT then I joined forums early March this year,

How often do you come on the forums: Everyday, Weekends (All day) Weekdays (After school)

Why You?: I feel I should be chosen for this role because Firstly I'm very active on the forums meaning that I am available to help around, I can also be reached very simply on TeamSpeak or Steam if I haven't noticed something that needs locked, There is also the aspect that I have experience in staffing, Not as much on a forum but in game and Yes it's very different but it has allowed me to gain skills that are Needed for staffing on forums and servers, I also feel I should be chosen because I am very active on the Server application section, Not always giving responses if I don't know them but I always read applications and Give feedback when needed, I also enjoy helping around the forums as much as I can and reporting people who break TOU, I don't do this as often as Sometimes They've been noticed and dealt with by the time I see it, But this is good to have the ability to notice them as Sometimes people break TOU and staff don't notice it which is why it has to be reported, I also feel I should be chosen because I am very Friendly on the forums as well as having a Good attitude, I can sometimes be a little Immature but I have been working hard to improve on this and Recently have became a lot more mature besides It's normal to be Immature at times, Though I may not be the most helpful person I try very hard to be very helpful and mature around the forums especially when it comes down to doing my role in staff positions.

However, my opinion on you box is that you are a good guy, and you have potential to do this role. However atm I feel that there are better candidates available and you need to stop just posting on threads for the sake of post count. Don't give people feedback when you have no knowledge of them and don't give people a template that 3 others have already done just because you want more forum presence.

I feel there are better candidate currently. On apps you can repeat what others have said without adding anything new. You post alot on the forums although some post can be borderline pointless posts. If you work on the negatives I have pointed out I am sure you would be a good candidate. Goodluck

For the highlighted part, I give feedback to people if I have no knowledge of them to tell them about their application and forum attitude, Not because I want posts, also for the template part, A lot of the time when I go to post it no one else has when I open up the page so I just post it then not noticing others done if faster than myself, So for that one also not because i want post count/forum presence.

Although you're a pretty good guy, most of your Posts in that Section are unnecessary and generally not Constructive. I personally feel like that there are stronger Candidates with more Constructive feedback and general Posts.

I share pretty much the same opinion as MattorS and DrConor and would also like to see you improve on the points they have mentioned. I mean it is 'quality over quantity' after all. Nevertheless, good luck!
