Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
As a moderator it's really fun to help other players. So I know that I made this application early, but next week I will do a lot of f1's to proof that I can be a good admin. So for example when people just start mass RDMing I can't really do anything, the only thing that I can do is kick them, but almost every time I kick someone they just join back. Or I would freeze the, for like 5 minutes, just like a short ban. But if I become an admin I will be able to jail/ban them wich would be a way better punishment. They will learn not to do it again not to think "Oh ok I'll just RDM this guy the moderator will just freeze me or kick me".

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
So a guy was mass RDMing and I warned him 2 times, that didn't work. I tried to get an admin but no one was on, so I just couldn't do anything. In that situation as an admin I could of banned/jailed him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there buddy, my name is Rice Seeds. I will be your trainer. So first things first if you press F1 you can see the admin requests (F1's) People's warnings (Warns) Logging (Server logs) Active NLR (NLR). So let's say for an example you want to do a F1, just right click on the request and press handle this. Then you will have some options. Bring, Goto, Mark as finished and Abort handling this request. If you just pressed handle, the best option is to press goto, because they might be raiding or fighting someone. If they are doing something like that, just teleport back and he will pm you when he's done. If you are wondering how to do those commands, well here they are: /teleport, /bring, /goto, /warn, /unwarn, /kick, /mute, /muteglobally, /slay, /freeze. So if you want to check anyone's punishments press F6 and then search his/her name, or just press on the option wich says "Select a player" and then just select the player and you will be able to see his/her's punishments. Just remember to aways be nice to people and if you have any questions just type "/// How do I warn a player?". (This question was an example, if you have a question just type /// and put your massage there. I hope you enjoy your time being a moderator.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello there bud, I see you have put a lot of effort on this ban apeaI. So I cheked your punishments and see you only have 1, I decided to give you a second chance, but if you break those rules again you will have to wait a bit longer. So you will be unbanned for now.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I honestly think I should be an admin, because I try my best to be nice to people. I would do things more correctly and I will punish those that need to be punished. And I really want to be an admin so that if someone reports a guy for mass NLR I can spectate him to see if he will do it again. If he does it I will jail him for 10 minutes. And plus I want to help the community much more than I am now. Thanks to everyone that's reading this application. Tell me what you think of this application and if there's anything to fix. Personally I feel like you can use more time as a Moderator to get the full grasp and you can also improve on your Application, You do have great activity and had a high f1 count.
