Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
During my time as Moderator, i helped out the Staff team a lot, basically wherever and whenever i could, i helped out. I've always been there for others if its an F1 or just people asking something during me roleplaying. Also the Administrator Rank would make my work a lot easier than it currently is as it takes a lot of time for me if a guy is Rulebreaking in front of me to find his name in the Tab list.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There has been times where users have come on just RDM and break various other rules, this is hard as moderator has they have no intent to play yet all I can do is warn them,. Some other situations include users LTAPing where I cant do much as I'm not able to ban.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Congratultions on gaining moderator, before we start anything here is a quick run down on the commands.
Warn
If a player broke a rule you need to use /warn [Steam ID] [Reason]. He gets an Autokick after 3 Warnings, after 4 Warnings he get an Temporarily ban for 1 hour!
Unwarn
You need to do /unwarn [Steam ID] if you falsely warned a Person, warned a wrong Person or you miswrote the Reason. If you do it the guy who's been warned is getting Unwarned!
Freeze
You need to use /freeze [Steam ID] or the Tab menu for it! You need this command if the guy who is getting punished leaves the sit without your Permission or tries to kill you!
Kick
You need to use /kick [Steam ID] or the Tab menu for it, if you do that the player is getting kicked from the Server. Only use it if you got Special Problems Like MASS RDM or Propspam! Don't use it if there's an Admin who's able to help you out.
Teleport
These Commands are your Basic Commands, if you want to teleport yourself onto a roof you need to do /TP or you get in the Console and do bind b "say /tp" You can use that command to get other people to yourself by using /tp [Steam ID]. Than the Goto Command, you often use it to go to the people who made an f1 During f1's you use the f1 Menu!
You use it if you do /Goto [Steam ID] or you use the Tab menu. The last teleporting Command is the Back command if you brought an guy to yourself you can get him/her back to his/her old RP position
Admin chat
If you'd like to talk to Any other Member of Staff, you can use /// [Message] and @ [Message]
F1 System
In the F1 Menu You can see : F1's, Warnings, Loggings and Active NLR. In the Loggings you can see all Kills, Hits, Arrests, Disconnects and Joins. In the F1's compartment you can see all the F1's players have submitted, which you need to handle. In the Warnings compartment you see many different warnings of Users who are currently on the Server. In the Active NLR compartment, you see every single Active NLR on the Server and if someone is currently breaking it.
F6 menu
There you can Choose a name of any player and check his Warnings, if the player which you want to check is currently offline, you can use his Steam ID!
These are the commands you will use during your time as moderator, if you are stuck with anything don't be afraid to ask!
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello, I've been looking into your Unban Appeal and spoke to the admin who banned you and we have came to the conclusion to unban you, you have been banned for a while and we feel as if you have served your time, but be warned, continuation of this behaviour will end up on you being on the ban list again.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be Promoted to Admin as if feel as if I have handled enough situations to be able to grasp the role, though my F1 count may not be as amazing as others, I have had past experience, being mod twice previously. Though i enjoy staffing, the more I do it the harder it gets, imp coming across more and more people who have no intent to play but because I'm mod I cant do much other than warn them and it isn't that easy to get an admin sometimes and that's why gaining this position would great improve my staffing capabilities. Overall I think imp ready for the position and i thank you for your time
