Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: Well the first thing i would do is tell him the basics and then spectate him and see how hes doing if he is struggling then i would send a youtube video.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: It will be a verbal warning at first and if he carries on mute/gag

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would ask them how did they use the exploit/glitch report it or i would ban.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I should be chosen because i have a lot of experience on gmod 2430 + hours, I am a good role model and players look up to me. I am a very honest and loyal person people trust me i dont nag at players i am a nice guy. I have a lot of experience for staff ie superadmin , admin, owner. I know the rules and when i make mistakes i just accept the punishment, i don't talk back to players. Overall i think i would be a bonus for your fantastic server!
