When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

I Think it will be appropriate, Some players can do following rulebreak: Hacking, cheating.
And its also For Racism or Players cannot stop hacking like flying, Also bans for them,
If they have tban (Banned for # mins/hours/days or longer), i would make the ban even longer
if more players are keep Doing and did not listen. Ban would be used if there's no way around.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

This Promotion will help, Because I really hate players keep breaking the rules and
no staff online to handle it, The reason there's no Staff, cuz they have School or work.
So then, The only mod in this server handles it, Micspam, chatspam, etc.
Another Thing i want to deal with hackers, but only kick i can do,
I'll just call the admin or Super Admin.

Why I should be promoted:

Because I have been Moderator about weeks ago and my opinion, I have gained more experience
And i trusted myself that i have to wait a week more. I still have my good attitude and friendly.
I did my best to stop them breaking, but some of them didn't
I also thought that Hackers are rare, I'll just have ban them, if there's no way around
So i hope i'll be the admin and get even more experience.
