What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is the act of when players that have died reveal information to the players that are alive in order to gain them some sort of advantage. An example of ghosting would be a player that has died and is spectating a death reveals the death's position and what trap they are at.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Depending on the severity of the disrespect and also taking the players recent punishments into consideration I would first verbally warn them or give an in-game warning. If they do not stop and proceed to disrespect a staff member or a user even further I would apply a short ban so they could consider how they were speaking and hopefully improve their attitude. This follows the zero tolerance policy.

Why I should be chosen: Currently I am staff on the TTT Server and have been for around 4 months, I have been looking to extend my staffing experience and help out on the other servers. I have chosen Deathrun because I love to play on the server and I find the gamemode extremely fun, even though I am quite new to it. I always try to be friendly, reachable and helpful to anybody who may need my help, staffing on the server would mean I can help out even more and cut down on rulebreakers to keep the server a nice place for the community to spend their time on.
