Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is when a player kills another player for no RP reason. Jonsey is spawning his shop and gets randomly killed for no RP reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is when a player goes to the district that he/she died in. Devas tries to raid a base and he fails, he goes back to the same district that he died in.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x: I will ask what happend and if they tell different stories I will ask for proof.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would check the time of the kills/deaths and if it's not a 3 min difference then I would warn them.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I would love to be a moderator on zarp mostly because I want to help everybody that has any problems with rule breakers. Because people sometimes break the rules when admins aren't on and I just want to take care of them (I mean punish them

). Anyway, I hate rule breakers and I'd like to help people that are having problems with them. I've just always wanted to be a moderator since I see rule breakers often and I just want to punish them if it's needed. I just want to help the community from rule breakers.
