Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone were to have 10+ recents in 5 days it is clear that this user has no intention to follow our rules and would warrant a temporary ban

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I have been staff for quite a while now and feel that I have learned how to deal with situations well enough to handle the added power and responsibilities that come with the Admin rank and I frequently run into the issue of there being no admins awake at the time which I play resulting in me lacking the needed power to enforce our rules properly. I try to maintain good relations with players and staff alike and I keep my self as open to criticism as I can.

As for the appeal example I should not have banned the alleged cheater as that is left up to Head Admins

This guy has dealt with me while I was drunk countless times, is always on, and will remain on even if there is only 4 people on the server. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application
