Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
If a player was spamming the chat or mic-spamming, I would first warn the user who is text/mic spamming verbally to stop and inform them that what they are doing is against the rules and if they continue to do so, they will receive either a mute or gag respectively.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would verbally warn them that if they continue, they will be slayed. If after receiving the slay they continue, I would warn them before then forcing them into spectator mode and asking a higher-up (most likely an admin) to ban the player.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is the act of sharing in-game information (e.g. locations of props) that grants a user or users a unfair advantage through third-party software, examples being TS, Discord, Steam, etc…

Player A (hunter) has a friend, player B, on the opposite team (props). Player B dies and then by spectating other props, informs player A of where they are hiding. This would be a scenario of ghosting.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I think I would be a good candidate as I have really come to enjoy playing the gamemode and on the server and would equally enjoy working alongside its staff to help everyone have the best possible experience. I know and am friendly with most of the staff that are on around the same times as myself and I also, currently hold a staff position on another server (being TTT) which means that I’m well acquainted with the commands available to mods and understand how everything works in general.
