Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
Firstly, I would give the user a verbal warning and if he continues to Text/Mic Spamming, I will proceed to mute/gag the user and make sure they does not do it again or they will receive a larger punishment.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Firstly, I would give the user a warning for exploiting, if they continues to exploit on the server I will proceed to remove them from the server by giving the user a kick. If they don't learn their lesson I will contact an Administrator+ to deal with the user.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
The term is "ghosting is when multiple users speak between eachother using a Third Party Program to cheat the game.(E.g Teamspeak, Discord, Skype etc.)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I feel like I am suitable candidate for the role as I have a solid understanding of the rules and I have a friendly attitude. Also, i'm currently an Administrator on SSRP so I believe that actually shows that I am able to be a great Staff member and help out the community. I understood that Prop Hunt didn't have many Staff members and since I enjoy the gamemode I decided I wanted to help.

You have a solid application and from what I've seen in-game, you are quite friendly but as of now, you only have 3 days of activity. Overall though, I think you would make a great candidate so make sure to improve on that activity before the meeting! Good luck!
