Appropriate situations to use the ban command are:

Mass ghosting - when players do not learn from warnings they need to be banned to properly learn their lessons
10+ Recent punishments - When a player has 10 recent punishments I would message them in game that one more would result in a ban.
5+ recent punishments in 3 days - When a player has 4 recent punishments I would message them in game that one more would result in a ban.
Gag/ mute evading - A player repetitively gag/mute evades to avoid punishments, the player would get banned for exploiting our system.

I have improved on my attitude and have started to enjoy Prop Hunt a lot more, I also feel Prop Hunt needs more staff members and I feel Prop Hunt could be a lot better with an extra staff member. I also believe I have a vast knowledge of Prop Hunt and its rules as I know practically every nook and cranny in the rules which would be beneficial to the staff team in general. I feel I confidently would be able to help out the server and help in every problem that comes to face me.
