Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random Death Match or RDM is when a player is killed with no valid RP reason.

Example:
Nickolas_The GNAR sees Kyber and remembers he killed him while he had his defibrillator on him and wants to take revenge, he then proceeds to shoot to kill Kyber.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life Rule or NLR, is the rule which prevents you from re-entering a district that you died in within 3 minutes, it also prevents you for remembering anything that you saw or heard in a previous life.

Example
Pakalam kills Viking in the Bank district with a valid RP reason, Viking then decides to re-enter the Bank district and remembers Pakalam had a PSG-1 and he decides to arrest him in the streets.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Firstly I would teleport to Player X and bring him to a roof and ask him to explain the situation to him. If Player Y had a valid reason to kill him I would alert Player X to the rule. If Player X gave an answer which would make the kill RDM or he gives a very vague answer of what happened I would teleport to Player Y and make sure he isn't in RP and then once he is out of it I would bring him to the sit with Player X and ask why he killed him, if Player Y claimed he had a valid reason and Player X disagreed I would ask Player X for evidence that he broke the rule. If the evidence was suffice I would punish Player Y. If Player Y gave a reason for killing Player X that was invalid, I would check Player Y's rapsheet and if it was clean I would verbally warn him but if Player Y has recent punishments or is a repetitive offender then I would punish them.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Firstly I would teleport to Player X to make sure he isn't in RP and if he is I would wait for them to be out of RP. I would then bring them to a roof and get them to explain the situation in further detail, mainly checking if the districts were the same to see whether or not it is actually breaking NLR. I would then teleport to Player Y to make sure he isn't in RP and if he is I would wait for them to be out of RP and then bring them to the roof. I would then tell Player Y that he cant break NLR. I would then check Player Y's rapsheet and if it was clean I would verbally warn him but if Player Y has recent punishments or is a repetitive offender then I would punish them.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I have recently started to have more fun playing SSRP to the point of starting my own gang. I wasn't originally going to apply because I thought I was going to be denied for attitude as my attitude on the forums wasn't very good right after I resigned. But Nick told me that I should apply as he felt I had a good chance of getting it, so this is where I am. I feel I have a good knowledge of the rules and with a clean rapsheet I feel I would do good as a staff member, although my attitude has been bad in the past, I have improved on it.
