Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:The time as a moderator has taught me some pretty important lessons, it has taught me how to deal with a series of different troublemakers in a non-violent way and I've actually enjoyed my self most of the time , but... sometimes i got pretty angry at people (mostly people being annoying in voice chat) which has taught me another lesson to be patient.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:The appropriate situations to ban people would be the following: simultaneous warnings in a short period of time,cheating(hacking or forbidden mods),extreme cases of racism( or any type of discrimination of other races)and extreme cases of staff disrespect.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Congrats!!! you are now successfully a member of staff at ZARPGAMING prophunt. First of all you need to learn to be patient (Eg if someone is being annoying in voice chat but is not doing anything against the rules) you should not warn/gag them as they are following the rules, and yes,as a mod ive experienced this a lot and was VERY tempted to gag the person ,but..... i stayed on the good side and stopped myself. Punishing Players:First, you should NEVER abuse you powers(which might result in a demotion) Second, you should always warn players before you punish them, IF they carry on then you can proceed to punish them.Third: you should ALWAYS back up your punishments/warnings with solid proof.The commands:!gag muting the player until the map changes/resets.!mute mutes the player.!tgag gags the person for an amount of time.!tmute mutes the person for an amount of time.!slay kills the target.!sslay kills the target without anyone knowing.!warn warns the target(always give a reason).!bring brings the target to you.!goto teleport's you to the target.!teleport brings you to where the target is looking at.!friends tells you who the target is friends with in the server.!fspec forces the target into spectator mode.!kick kicks the target of the server.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Hello (username) me and other staff members have decided to let you of and give you another chance, if you proceed to break rules it will be an insta-ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):My time being a moderator really took some good responsibility and ive managed to do pretty good so far(i think ) ive learned how to use the commands, and when it is the appropriate time to use them. ive dealt with a different variety of rule breakers and most of the time managed to deal with them,but..... sometime people would go to far and ignored me after several warnings and punishments ,and mostly my friends that are admins are online so i asked them to deal with them , unfortunately they weren't always online and i couldn't deal with the more "aggressive" or "ignorant"rule breakers , so i'm hoping if i get accepted i will be able to handle more "harsh" situations.

You need to improve your activity first...

Your activity has been greatly lacking lately so I would recommended getting it higher and more consistent. Besides that, I can see that you have put time and effort in your application. Overall tho, that activity won't reflect well during the meeting until you improve it.
