Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
During my time as a moderator I have experienced multiple different situations which I have handled appropriately, I believe experiencing these gives me a insight on how to handled them properly in the future, especially with admin privileges

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
While playing on the server, especially late at night when I'm the only staff on, its common that I come across users that use offensive and derogative terms against others, while I can deal with this relatively easily, if or when a user leaves to avoid the punishment and comes back, there isn't much I can do apart from mute or kick them, which means I am required to get a Admin+ to ban them.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

If you press tab and click on yourself you will be able to see all available command that you can use here is a brief description and when to use them.

'Kick'
removes the user from the server / You should only use the command if you have given the user punishments before and they have failed to stop doing what you have asked

'Mute Chat'
This command disables the users chat [Not voice] used when a user is chat spamming for has said something that contradicts server rules.

' Mute Globally'
This command is much like the previous one but mutes the users voice instead

'Strip weapons'
This command removes all weapons user has on them, the command is used when a user is not using the gun in a constructive manner.

If you press f6 or go to a players tab menu and click punishments you will be able to see their punishments if the punishment is recent it will be red, uses this information to decide how you punish a player.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
(Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?)

Hello 'Player X' thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. Judging on the fact this is your first ban and you have been banned for a considerable amount of time I will be willing to give you another chance on the server however a repeat of this behaviour will result in you being banned again.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I am a trusted member of the community with the sole intention of monitoring and improving Bhop, I have been trusted with server ranks before, previously being Deathrun Admin and SSRP Mod x2. I believe achieving and earning the role of Admin, I would be able to greatly improve my staffing abilities, due to the fact I have the extra abilities to grant me access to deal with more situations and that I won’t have to contact other admins to ban users.
