Just to clear things up, he is applying for death run and you gave him tips on how to apply for TTT. Originally, there was nearly no effort put into this but as of now, unless you fill in the necessary details, this will be denied. If someone can't be bothered to fill in the questions which is a requirement of any application, it will be certainly denied. The questions are there for a reason Box whether it be a returning staff member or a new staff applicant. You can be very brief in your answers yes but even that is still considered an answer compared to nothing .

(This may be considered going off-topic so I try to sum this up in one post.) If someone can't be bothered to fill in the questions which is a requirement of any application, it will be certainly denied. The questions are there for a reason Box whether it be a returning staff member or a new staff applicant. You can be very brief in your answers yes but even that is still considered an answer compared to nothing .

This isn't off-topic at all, if you do not fill your template technically you shouldn't even be given the chance.
And this is also not off-topic because it informs the user that he won't be given a chance if he doesn't follow the template

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

Needs to get more activity and fill in all of the application.
