How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
After being an admin for 1-2 months I feel like I'm ready to be a super admin to help the community more
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?
1. My long time as a Staff Member on ZARP [5months as mod] and [1-2 Months as Admin]
2. My Friendly Attitude
3. My Gametime/Activity [Already playing 3 years SSRP] and [Playing 5-10 Hours a day]
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Yes someone was Mass Disrespecting me and I didn't know what I could do after warn him 1 time and after this, he didn't stop so I warned and muted him and he kept disrespecting everyone extremely so I banned him for 1 day after this day he said sorry to me and said it would never happen again, but I didn't know if I'm allowed to ban him for disrespect and I tried to contact an SA but he was Inactive on steam at this moment

I would try to contact the staff member and talk with him about that if the reporter has enough proof I would accept the report

I would tell him in the @ Chat that he needs to join the Teamspeak so we can speak about the things that he just did and look what we can do that it never happened again
