Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
First of all, I would link them to a video like this

Or I would tell them that first off all you need to Jump and hold forward, then you need to let go of W and look Right/left and depending on which way you look e.g. Right = D, Left = A and look that direction when holding the key. After they learn this I would then show/tell them to do it in a circle to gain speed.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First of all, I would give them a verbal to stop and if it continued I would Gag/mute them + Warn

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
First of all, I would verbally warn them, then if it continued I would Warn them. If they still did this I would Kick them, and if it still occurred after this contact an Admin+ to ban them

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I believe I should be chosen as at times there are no staff on e.g. Early morning/late night BST after I'm done with TTT, this is partially due to the server not having enough staff to come on at a different time and due to the game mode being a blast to play especially with friends this would also allow people to be punished for racism when no on of the staff are on.
