How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
I would take the one who reported it into a spacer to find out his side of the story and then after that I would then take him back to his normal room then I would speak to the user who he said was bullying him and find his side of the story after that I would then bring them both into the same room and tell them each important bit of what the stories have told me and from their i would take action on either banning, kicking ...

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

- Set Server Group :
This feature is used when a member has been accepted to a position and are deserving of the badge on teamspeak. However you must make sure that the person you are giving it to is indeed the correct person.

- Delete Avatar:
This feature is used when a user have an offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate avatar. If he refuses to delete it, I will myself with this feature.

- Kick From Channel :
This feature is being used for kicking certain players out if they for example mic spam or disrespect, it kicks them out of the channel.

- Kick from server :
This feature is used to kick a player from the TS3 server completely, it would come in handy if a guy is racist or does some really bad stuff on some channels in the ts server.

- Mute :
This feature is being used if a player keeps on spamming or if he keeps on disrespecting, and it would come in handy to acually mute him for some time.

- Ban :
This feature is used to ban a client from the server for a set amount of time. This may be used for serious rule breaks and for someone that has repeatedly been warned and continues to break server rules.

I should be chosen for this position because I'm very active and available all throughout the day if anyone needs help on teamspeak. I am more than capable of handling this postion and I know how to deal with people that are breaking rules. I'm also dedicated to this server as I currently hold SSRP Admin, PH Admin and Murder Admin. I'm also a friendly and mature person and I believe that I would be a good addition to the TS staff team.
