⚜️What I have done for bhop⚜️

Throughout the one month and two weeks of me being a super admin I have managed to train every moderator and admin, One of the noticeable things I have done alongside the rest of the lead team is to demote inactive staff members some of who had been inactive for over 6 months. I have also helped with the implementation of new maps (when captain has the time to add them) this is also somthing I intend to discuss with current staff members to create a list of maps they would like to see added, throughout out this time also I have managed to fill the void between the leadteam and player base interacting with the player base on a daily basis allows me to see how we could add new features to improve the server all around, as well as interacting withe the player base I have also bridged a gap between the leadership team and the current staff and help keep them heading in a more positive direction. keeping and maintaining a healthy staff team is crucial to the success of bhop in the future and I hope I can improve it for the better.

⚜️My plans for bhop⚜️

So my plans for the future include increasing my involvement in the server as a whole as well as pushing for the suggestions, bug fixes as well as the maps to be added into the server even if it kills me I will get them added some day, Not much has been changed on bhop for a good few months and players are starting to get tired to the smalls bugs that riddle the server that is why it is such a key issue that I will see is fixed, getting these tasked done will take alot of persuasion and time due to current real life commitments from the cm team/lead team on the server. one other key thing I intend to do is to sit down with the staff team and review current maps on the server and see what they feel about certain ones being removed and what maps they would like to see added as this gives the server a much-needed boost to the server encouraging more people to continue to play.

⚜️Activity⚜️

I have been a super admin on bhop for around one month and 2 weeks I aim to play around 1-2 hours a day but this is not always possible due to ssrp and my sleeping schedule I always like to go above and beyond the minimum for the server as I feel that me being as active as I am allows me to keep up to date on current situations on the server as well as always being on steam and teamspeak I am easily contacted if I am needed, most of the bhop lead team/cm team are inactive due to exams or real life comitments me having the rank of head admins relieves any need for them to come onto the server and allowes me to better optimize my time spent on the server.

⚜️Experience⚜️

Throughout my time on zarp ( 5 years) I have been staff for most of this time on and off and Throughout the time i was staff I picked up on some key skill sets that I now use in my day to day staffing allowing me to handle situation in a fast fair and respectful way this ensures that disruption is kept to a minimum and there is no conflict between the staff or players avoiding further issues down the line. I can confidently handle any situation and I am up for a new challenge.

I am the very calm friendly and mature person who handles every situation with the utmost respect for all involved my approach is firm but fair I will always take situations seriously although I do have a much more laid back attitude allowing me to be a very approachable individual.

I am a very trusted member of the community, As I am currently a BHOP Super administrator, Teamspeak Staff and as of most recently an SSRP super administrator and I would like to think that because of my laid back attitude if anyone had any issues or concerns they would not hesitate to contact me no matter how small.
