Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.

To Bhop, you need to gain a running start and to jump, while you are in the air, you let go of W and then strafe using the A and D keys, if they still dont understand, I would refer them to a guide via YouTube.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.

I would approach the player and ask them to stop mic/text spamming and ask them to stop, if the user was to continue spamming I would ask him once more to stop, if they were to continue to do so I would mute/gag the player and tell him if he continues after the mute the mute would be for a longer amount of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.

First of all I would ensure the user knows about the exploit and tell him not to do it again, if the player refuses to stop what he is doing I would kick the user from the server, when he re-joins the server I would refer him to the rules and then tell him if he continues to exploiting he will most likely be banned by an administrator

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).

I believe I should be chosen for Bhop moderator because I recently join the server and it seems understaffed even though the game mode is fun to play, maybe its because I come on at odd times but I only see a couple of staff on the server. Personally when I play on the server, there are new people coming in and out, new people who most likely aren't aware of the rules and exploits, so being a staff member on at different times to help and assist these users would be most beneficial.

Your activity could be improved on though you have recently joined as mentioned, and your application is good. If you can get that activity up while not getting any punishments, etc..., you definitely have a shot! Good luck!

You need to improve your activity if you want to get it. The meeting is today so I doubt you'll have enough time to improve on it. Your application is decent but I would like to see more detail in the explaining someone how to bunny hop part. Good luck!

I do not agree that the server isn't unstaffed a lot as I am basically the most active player/staff and I have never seen you in chat or even ingame. 8 hours isn't enough I would say.
