Under situations you have encountered as an administrator but was an obstacle. Ok here you show a situation yes a lead team situation but you could also asked in admin chat it seems like you just jumped right into recording but you should also have tried to stop him through admin chat and all of that and heres a tip get Shadowplay next time as it records all the time and if you press 2 buttons its saves the last how many minutes you have activated it to your hard drive.
Then you bring in TTT here as when you where a mod but it says as a SA you aint going for TTT admin in this app are you now so i would have left that situation out of this application.
at the situation A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly. you show detailed how you would deal with such a punishment wich i feel good that you could show the staff member how it should be dealt with and asking him why he banned him for so long.
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation. you dont really go into how to handle this situation good know you just tell them how to handle it next time here you could have shown that you would step into this situation and then show the staff member how to deal with it while he was there.

here you show what you would do in this situation a litte bad you could have spoken with the staff member and tell him about how he was rulebreaking asking him why and so on and not just tell him your gonna get brought up in the next meeting
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
ok Here it sounds like you are threatening them that you gonna bring them up at the meeting calm down with this and try to politely ask them about it over on teamspeak what happened why did this happen etc and emergency demotion a little harsh now that they are only arguing you could tell them if you dont stop then you would bring them up in the meeting but telling them immediately is a little harsh i think.
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
here you could talk to the staff member to make them aware that you have seem them break these rules and then you could talk privately on teamspeak and ask them about why they did it and then depending how severe it was and if they continued you could bring it up.
Here what im going to say you seems to be a little trigger happy and harsh when you come to being an SA and you could work on being a little nicer and show that you wouldn't just bring everyone up for some small things that could be resolved and never happen again so i feel like you aren't ready for this position at the moment and i would like to see you improve on these things and apply then
