Overall:
despite having many good traits, the leadership is crucial in being lead team. Furthermore, not using the mic is also something bad as SA s have to train people and using mic makes it easier.
In my opinion, you are close to having everything this position requires. Keep it up and good luck!

[spoiler]- you have very good consistent activity for over a month which is asked if no previous LT experience is acquired 
- you are very friendly towards new people and that is good when dealing with new users and moderators
- you are active on forums commenting on applications, giving feedback or handling other issues[/spoiler]

[spoiler]- over teamspeak, you only talk to TTT staff (pretty sure), you should improve that by talking with people from other servers
- also on teampseak, you rarely use a mic. I know it’s not obligatory to have one, but it would be better if you used yours
- I can’t really say anything about your leadership because I am not part of this staff team yet and haven’t seen you, but overall people say you don’t have. [/spoiler]
