Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
one situation is where some keeps mass RDMing people and dogging the reports from said people. Another situation is where a player shouts racist slurs at someone

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
so is player x was caught cheating depending on what he did like he instantly kills all the Ts is where my responds would to deny his appeal to get rid of the ban

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I know a lot of you and you know that's I know what needs to be done in different situations and people who have played with me on ttt that I'm a good guy and that's I'm not
biased in reports or punishments I handle as many reports as I can id seg doesn't steal them off me. I feel like I'm ready for admin please leave feedback I do welcome it and thank you for reading

This application made my eyes bleed.

You lack so much detail and even say you're not going to be very active in the position (assuming your exams are around June). Also your situation answer is poorly structured. I struggle to read it.

And what do you mean when you say "8101" for server time? HourS? Because that's over 330 days lmao.

P.S When they ask for "around 100 words", they usually mean you should have more than 100. You have 77.

I feel you are not ready for Admin.

When I am ingame playing at the same time as you i rarely see you do reports, I normally see you ignoring them.
You are very friendly although you can act immature at times.
The application needs improvement as it lacks detail and looks rushed.
You have ok activity could be a bit more consistent.

Overall i feel you need to improve on the way you handle reports and the amount of reports you handle, During this week I would also like to see an improvement on your application, Goodluck.

You're not the most active person (I understand you mentioned this (Btw if you cant make your hours i dont know if you did but you should make inactivity posts in Staff Discussions)), Your application is lacking a lot of detailHonestly personally Instead of that i'd do more like a Accept & Deny message
