How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:

I would start by moving the bullied person to a spacer and asking him what happened. Once I ha e hard what he said to say, I would for evidence showing the bullying.
If he has evidence:
I would move the person bullying into a spacer and ask him what happen to see if he is willing to admit to it and apologise or lie and say he did nothing.
If he admits to it, I would ban him for some hours only. If he lies and I have evidence, I would ban him or 24 hours.
If he has no evidence:
I would tell him that I cannot punish him due to lack of evidence and would also show him how to gather evidence if this happens again. Either way, I would ask the bully just in case he maybe admits to it. If for any reason I later discover he was actually bullying him, I would ban him for a longer amount of time (36h) for lying.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

Move
The ability to move people from channels / spacers. This feature is mostly used when you have to privately talk to someone or just want to access spacers.

Kick from channel
The ability to kick someone out of your channel to the default AFK Lobby.
This is a lesser punishment used when someone is breaking a rule, bullying someone, etc.

Kick from server
The ability to kick someone out of the server.
It’s use is the same to the channel one but a bit stronger punishment.

Ban user
The ability to kick and keep the user out of the server for a certain amount of time.
This is used when a user repeatedly brakes rules and has already been kicked and warned at least once.

Delete user’s avatar
The ability to remove a user’s avatar if they break rules.


Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):

I am in teamspeak every day and even if I’m not always with lots of people I would always like to help either by moving people or being asked for help with anything. Lately I’ve been improving my activity and interacting more with the community so I think could help out quite a lot

I'd argue you have a higher chance to get team speak staff because of you getting Murder Super Admin than from applying. Regardless you are very active and mature, always interacting with other users. One of the best candidates in my opinion! Good luck!
