How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
First off all i would move myself and the person who was being bullied into a spacer and ask them what was happening why etc. if there was a reason. Then i would take the bully(s) into a spacer and talk to them telling them not do it, giving them a verbal, and then if it were to continue to kick them from TS and if even then it continued issue a small ban to stop the bullying.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

Move - This is a command that lets you move users into different channels or spacers. This would be appropriate to use for example if someone was breaching TOU/bullying to bring them into a spacer and give them a verbal or if a user requests to be moved into a spacer

Kick - This command lets you remove a user from the server but allowing them to connect back immediately. It would be appropriate to use it if someone was discriminating/bullying someone on Team Speak

Ban - This command lets you stop a user entering the server for a set amount of time. An appropriate reason to use the ban command would be if a user was discriminating or breaking the rules/bullying as in the above scenario, after a kick has taken place.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I'm fairly active on TS usually being on from 4pm - 10/11pm GMT, as well as being administrator on TTT showing i can be indeed trusted with power, and not just being someone that asks to be put in a spacer and sit there the entire day I usually just go to one of the chat rooms if im AFK as i can still be reached easily or talking with a group of people. Of which i have been mixing with more people of late in my opinion.

Ah ok I think the main reason you havent seen me around TS really is cause i mainly hang out with the TTT staff / Murder staff and some others but ill try get on a bit more which might be a bit hard due to school on all but ill try get on more consistently at around 4pm

After some replies on one of my Apps i've decided to re-write this,

Though you're a nice guy and everything Youre activity on TS could also be improved and try to communicate more with Other staff and users, So far you usually communicate with TTT staff which is fine though It would be better for you to communicate with all people Even if you dont enjoy joining channels randomly You'll have to do it if you want to communicate more, :neutralsp:

As others have stated I'd like to see you communicating more with others, (Users and staff members) and showing what you're capable of doing, whether you're mature, helpful, friendly etc. Best of luck. I think you're pretty active on TS and yes while it may be good for you to branch out and talk to others like some have stated, you're still active and communicate with fellow TTT staff.
