How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?: I would first move Myself and the person who is doing the bullying into a spacer, After moving them in I'd give them a verbal warning telling them to stop, If they didn't stop I'd then proceed to kick them from the server, If they still continued I'd give them a short ban.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Move - This command would allow you to move players by dragging their name into another room, This would be appropriate to use when people are rule breaking or requesting to move into a spacer with yourself.

Kick - The kick command would kick someone from the channel/server but allow them to re-connect straight away, This would be appropriate to use when someone has continued to rule break or is being Racist or Discrimatory.

Ban - The ban command would kick someone from the server for a specific amount of time, it is appropriate to use when someone is Being Racist, Discrimatory, Or breaking rules after a kick has taken place.

Set Server Group - This allows you to add and remove ranks to players,This can be used to remove and revoke ranks from players this can be used when e.g. Someone resigns, or gets Accepted and the staff member training forgot/couldnt give them the rank but this can also be used to give a gang owner the Gang Owner rank to kick unwanted people so they can host their meetings

Set Channel Group - This allows you to add ranks to players for a certain channel (Gang Owner) This can be used to give people permissions in only a specific channel e.g. Setting PlayerX's rank to Channel Admin in the Rust channel. (But this shouldn't be used in most cases)

Delete Users Profile Image - This can be used to remove an image of a player who has a Inappropriate image, You can do this by clicking on their name and using the option "Remove Profile Picture" (I believe it's called that (I dont know any more))

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words): I feel i should be chosen for the following reasons, I try my best to communicate with people even if I just hop onto their channel to say Hi, I'm often on teamspeak most days for a long period of time (upto 6h on weekdays and upto 12 on weekends), I am also Very friendly and enjoy helping people out with their issues as well as having a very good attitude towards other players, I have been staff on other servers teamspeak (no longer staff on) which has given me the ability to gain knowledge of their rules, I also hold two staff positions in zarp which i feel shows i can be trusted with powers and that i won't abuse.
