How would you handle a TS3 appeal?:
First, ill be ready through the appeal to check what the user's side of the story is, then i would speak with the TS3 staff who banned the user. And talk with the staff member on if they user deserves antother chance (depending on previous bans / and the situation) - Then i would either lift the ban, or remove it, depending on what happend. Then i would write the outcome on the appeal and make sure the user understands what he did wrong, so it wouldnt happend again.


Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately:

Moving people: Moving people can be used in many different ways. For example, if people ask me kindly to be moved to a private spacer, i would do so. If there is a couple of people in a spacer and someone is being afk and the group want him out, i will do so. Moving isint used that much for people who break rules on TS3, since they almost always would get a kick of the server insted.

Joining spacers: Joining spacers can be usefull if someone wants to talk to me personally, and does not want anyone to hear the conversation(public channels), then i would join the channel the user is in (always ask first, ofcourse)

Setting server/channel groups: If someone gets accepted for a sertain position, i would make sure that the person is who he/she says he/she is and then set them to a sertain rank, depending on where they got accepted. For example SSRP mod.

Kicking from channel/Server: Kicking people is used if they get a verbal warning for either being a bit disrespectfull or if they break the TS3 rules. Really depends on if the user has been banned/kicked for it before though.

Banning: Banning someone is mainly used if a user constantly is breaking rules, and had multiple warnings/kicks/bans, then i would ban them for a sertain amount of time depending on what they did wrong. Can come in usefull if someone always break the TS3 rules.

Removing avatars: Removing someones avatar is used if someone has a avatar that breaks the TS3 rules, for example. Some use put up a picture of a swastika, i would remove the avatar immediately.


What would I do differently with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
I would make sure people get the rank they get accepted/promoted to. SInce i am on TS around 10 hours a day, i would always be to good use. Always ready to help in what ever situation, and people know that. I get poked allot allready, where people ask me for help, or just simply want to get moved into spacer, and so on. It's always great to have someone ready when ever you need help. I would make sure that everything is under control, that the TS3 rules are not been broken. And mainly keep everything nice and peacefull!
